At Jojan Group of Companies Limited (trading as Jojan Legal), we provide digital legal templates, guides, and resources. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1) Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All of our products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, and therefore no returns of physical items are accepted.

2) Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once payment is confirmed.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by UK consumer law.
By completing a purchase, you consent to immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

3) Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

The file is corrupted and cannot be downloaded or used, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
You were charged in error.

4) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the above exceptions, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@jojanlegal.com with:

Your order number
Proof of purchase
A description of the issue

5) Customer Responsibilities

Ensure you have the correct software or application to open and edit the file format provided.
Review all product descriptions before purchasing to confirm suitability.
